[It's getting late, and Kallen's just leaning against the railing of an empty balcony, looking out over the city. She looks a little down, but might not mind some company.]

[Kallen is seated at an empty table in the maid cafe, looking less than thrilled to be wearing this get-up. She's on break during her first shift there and she watches the clock, sighing quietly.]

Never thought I'd need to pick up a day job like this to get some extra income...

[Kallen had decided that the elevators in the Tower were being far too slow, although carrying boxes up the stairs to her new room in the Stratosline quarters is proving a bit difficult.
